Summary: The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Restaurant staff were courteous and appropriately attentive and helpful.

Summary: Visited for just one night to attend a show at the Mann theater. Very nice property, well maintained and well managed. Everyone was very helpful especially Rashad in the breakfast dining room. They offered many Gluten Free options and fresh gluten free muffins and bread.

Summary: I booked this hotel as we were attending an event at The Mann. The hotel was fairly close and had generally positive reviews. We arrived and checked in around 4:30. We got to our room and noticed it was very dirty. The room looked like it had not been dusted in years. We looked at our bed 3 of our pillows had stains all over them and looked like they had not been washed. We removed our comforter which had been wrapped in a sheet on both sides. The comforter had stains all over it. We also found hair on the wall in the bathroom and the shower was not cleaned properly. I went downstairs and the gentleman at the front desk offered us another room. We had to move all our stuff to another room. Which also was very dusty and we found another hair in the shower that had not been cleaned. At this point we needed to be somewhere and had to go. I would spend your money somewhere else! The hotel is outdated and the housekeeping staff doesn’t do a good job at all!

Summary: I enjoyed my quick 1 night stay at The Inn at Penn. My room was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel was nice but I didn't venture out too far because it was hot out.

Summary: From the moment I arrived at The Inn at Penn, I felt genuinely welcomed. Maxx at the front desk was incredibly helpful—they made check-in smooth and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and secure means everything, and this Hilton location delivered. The staff was friendly and attentive, even helping me find my room when I got a bit turned around. It was just a one-night stay, but the warmth and professionalism I experienced made a lasting impression. Thank you to the whole team!

Summary: Lovely hotel on Penn campus. Staff was very nice friendly and helpful! Extra compliments to morning breakfast hostess and Bartender Thursday night in the Living Room. Although we don’t have a connection to Penn it is close to my sons new address in West Philly
